Brian Clark over at Copyblogger had a great post today called 7 Useful Links for Weekend Reading. The idea behind his post is that there’s a lot of link sharing that happens within Twitter instead of blogs.

I often post links to things on Twitter that I’ve found to be great reads. In case you don’t follow Free Pursuits on Twitter, here’s some of what you missed. These weren’t all new last week, but that’s when I found ‘em.

12 Essential Blogwriting Tips for Building a Successful Blog – Leo Babauta also of the uber-successful Zen Habits blog shares some of the secrets of how he built a top 50 blog.

Back To Basics: 8 Ways of Making Money on the Internet – Kirsty Henderson of Location Independent lists some basic ways you can live and work anywhere you choose.

The New Internet Start-Up Boom: Get Rich Slow – Time Magazine ran an article this month about web-based businesses that cost almost nothing to get off the ground yet can turn into great moneymakers.

47 Decent Lifestyle Design Resources – Clay Collins of The Growing Life (now defunct) shares various books, websites, articles and tools to help you design the lifestyle you want.

4 Reasons Your Blog Needs a Logo – Randa Clay of Randa Clay Design answers the question “how critical is it that a blog have a logo?”

I’m constantly looking for articles about lifestyle design, career flexibility and living well. Catch more of these types of resources throughout the week by following Free Pursuits on Twitter. And please, share some good articles or blog posts with me.
