As this is my first update to my Million Dollar Blog Project accountability journal, I'll give a brief rundown of where I'm at right now.

I launched my blog about three months ago (unaware of the MDBP) and have been steadily growing. I have about 600 views last month (probably mostly me checking like 10 times a day!).

I just installed "Clicky, " so that might not reflect this amount yet.

As the domain name suggests, I'm writing about investing in real estate at a young age. Really, the site is designed for beginners at any age, but since I am in my twenties, I figured it was a good place to start.

Going forward, I am going to be doing some more heavy guest posting. I already have a weekly blog post on Biggerpockets.com – which is the webs largest real estate investing community. I'd like to do more like this.

I also have a free e-book I give away to subscribers called "7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth". It's kind of my manifesto for my wealth building endeavors.

My readership has grown pretty significantly, glad to report. I've had almost 1500 in the past 30 days. I should be on page one of the leader board soon!

Also, I recently wrote a post titled "Seven Must Read Books for Real Estate Investors" and connected each book to an Amazon affiliate link. So I've now made a whopping $6.73 total from my blog. However, I have good things on the horizon – one-on-one coaching. I have my first client this week!

Had my first coaching session last night. Made $40 for a half hour. Minus the fee's to pay Ether.com, I made $34.00. Not bad, and I believe I helped the lady. I think we'll have more sessions. Consulting was easier than I thought it would be!
